YUMMY


I found this recipe in Gourmet magazine - Monte Cubano. It was on the cover of the March issue and looked so tasty. I made it for dinner on Saturday night. You can really make it how you want. 
The recipe consisted of turkey, ham, swiss cheese, pickle, mayo and mustard. The mayo was mixed with some garlic. All you do is spread your bread with mayo, mustard and then layer with the other ingredients. You dip it in a mixture of one egg and some milk. Then cook it up in a pan for about 3 -4 minutes on each side..
I served it with chips, veggies and fruit. It was a great, easy meal. I would make it again!
