Tee -Ball

Well, we decided to put Mira in Tee- ball this summer. This is her first "organized" sports team that she has participated in. We signed her up not knowing anyone on the team. Well, when we pulled up to practice last week, there were three of her friends from daycare that will be playing against her. They are so excited to be playing together , their daycare provider just retired. So, now they have an opportunity to see each twice a week at games.

It is fun to watch the kids try to hit the ball, remember to run to the next base, adjust their clothes while they are in the out field, pick their noses or just decide to run off the field to get a drink.

 I am happy that it is a laid back team and there are not "crazy" sports parents. I'm sure there will be plenty in Mira's future sports career.
